At Lincs Cottages, we strive to provide a positive experience for all our guests. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
2. Cancellation Refunds
- The deposit of 25% is non-refundable.
- If the balance has been paid in full and cancellation occurs more than 28 days before the check-in date, a refund will be issued for the total amount paid, less the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 28 days before the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.
- If Lincs Cottages cancels your booking, any monies paid will be refunded in full.
3. Early Departures
- If you choose to depart earlier than your scheduled check-out date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.
4. Force Majeure
- In the event of force majeure circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we may offer a rescheduling option, but no refunds will be issued.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
- Any transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
